Natixis Dubai Branch is our hub for the Middle East, providing the full suite of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking's expertise to our regional clients which include financial institutions, corporations, and government agencies.
Across Natixis CIB's eight core industries of energy transition, metals & mining, real estate, transportation, telecoms & tech, environment, healthcare and insurance, we provide structured financing expertise and international advisory capacities, including in cross-border M&A.
We provide bespoke solutions and a range of flow products to meet our clients’ needs. In capital markets, this encompasses investment and hedging through equity derivatives and across fixed income asset classes such as credit, foreign exchange and rates. Meanwhile, in trade finance, it covers areas such as supply chain and inventory financing.
Our offer is underpinned by our expertise in Islamic finance, where we have our own dedicated Sharia board, and in green & sustainable finance where Natixis CIB is a global leader in areas spanning renewable energy finance, green & sustainable bonds and loans, and advising companies on making their activities more sustainable.
The Dubai office operates out of the DIFC and is licensed by the DFSA.
“Our strong commitment to the Middle East stems from our conviction that Natixis CIB's areas of expertise are closely aligned with the development and diversification ambitions of the region's economies, and with the needs of our clients operating here.”
