Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking has a longstanding presence in the UK through its London Branch and its M&A affiliate, Fenchurch Advisory Partners.
In capital markets we provide equity derivatives, fixed income and commodities solutions. Our Structured Credit franchise specializes in helping our clients navigate the changing financial landscape through solutions that connect capital with credit assets. London is also part of our global distribution and trading network for bonds and loans.
We support corporations in the UK with Natixis CIB’s financing and advisory expertise in our core sectors - including energy transition, power & renewables, metals & mining, healthcare, transportation and social infrastructure, real estate, aviation and telecoms and tech. Our sectorial industry bankers work with Natixis CIB teams globally to provide solutions to clients’ strategic needs, drawing on the expertise of our business lines and of Natixis CIB’s leading Green & Sustainable Hub.
On the investor side, we are active with insurance & pension companies, asset managers, hedge funds, banks and supranationals in the UK. Our distribution teams provide these investors with access to Natixis CIB-originated assets, whilst our solutions teams work on providing investment and hedging ideas and execution capabilities.
