SAUDI ARABIA

Natixis Saudi Arabia Investment Company (NSAIC) is a CMA licensed subsidiary of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, offering capital markets and investment banking services to our Saudi based clients including financial institutions, corporations, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.

Within capital markets, we draw on Natixis CIB’s research, engineering, and structuring expertise to provide hedging, debt and equity capital markets  and investment solutions to KSA clients across the fixed income and equity markets.

Within investment banking, we advise our clients on strategic development opportunities including cross-border M&A, assist them in the execution of acquisitions or divestments, advise them on transactions that impact their capital structure (such as IPOs, capital increases and convertible bond issuances) and support them in raising financing in the debt capital markets.

This is all underpinned by our expertise in Islamic finance, where Natixis CIB has a dedicated Sharia board, and in green & sustainable finance where we are a global leader including in renewable energy  and green & sustainable financial solutions.
